Cellulite is the lumpy substance commonly found on the thighs, stomach, and butt. Just about all women have it, and whether genetics has blessed you with a little more than you’d like, or you are in your best shape, Cellulite gets you- well almost! Even famous celebrities have it.
The causes and medical reasons are many- so lets not go there. There are no miracle products that seem to get rid of these as well. Let me try telling you guys a few stuff I have personally felt effective in reducing cellulite. So yea, hop on. It’s a bumpy ride!

2. Coffee Scrub
I had told you about this in my earlier post on Proper Showering. I regularly use this DIY Coffee Scrub to rub away those Cellulite. You will start seeing results in a week. I have it stored in a container in my bathroom.
Yes, Just combine some granular sugar, ground coffee and Olive Oil to store in a container.It is as simple as that!!

4. Apple Cider & Citrus Drink
this is something I have been doing religiously since a few months! I have seen excellent results in body, skin & bowels. I really insist you guys try this out for a month at least. When you wake up in the morning, get a glass of warm water. Mix in a teaspoon of honey and one of apple cider vinegar. Drink this up before you start anything else.
5. Detoxify every month
Detoxifying every month helps get rid of the toxins in your body. There are innumerable detoxification diets available online. One week every month, give into the detoxification process.
